Songs you ignored at first but realized they were bops (much) later on

I ignored it because I thought I would hate it, but after listening to it and watching every performance it grew on me

I had preconceived notions about Nmixx songs due to my negative response for their first few releases, so when Nmixx released Roller Coaster and Party O' Clock i had no expectations and wasn't interested.

But then I gave it a second chance and became hooked. I looped that EP from September-October. It was that good. Unfortunately I discovered it a little bit late how great those songs were. Arguably the best Nmixx songs for me. Thanks to that EP, I warmed up to Nmixx's music and now I look forward to their comeback :)

Also Party O' Clock and Roller Coaster deserved winning some music show wins.

Also Kitsch... didn't like it at first and it took me about 4 months until I could finally appreciate it. That song was stuck in my head for a long time since lol i love it now

For Me:

I love StrayKids and was a Stay during this time, however the song really wasn't my taste until I added it to my workout weights playlist.

Very similar thing with XIKERS, although I only know Hunter(?) I just couldn't get into the members. But some of them do have good work out music that I can listen to while running.

I only know them because of Keita who was my main focus/bias when he was in Ciipher because he enjoys iKON to and other YG groups/music. But I do sometimes look into their YouTube page to see what they have released recently.

This song found its way onto my playlist after 1.5 months of being released.

I ignored this song for a few months because I didn't really like Pink Venom

This isn't kpop but I don't think I regret ignoring any song as much as I regret ignoring this one

these songs I didn’t listen to or I didn’t like them at first I don’t remember but then I liked

Wee Woo by Pristin. I remember they were DRAGGED on this forum when that song came out, and I was one of the people heavily participating in that lol. Listened to the song like 2 or 3 years later, and I ended up adding it to my Apple Music.
