Current number of employees in big 4 companies

I believe they outsorce good part of their work
-
Its a bit naive to think quantity equals good work. The most important thing is connection and resources, if a company doesnt have that they will still be nugu even if they have 4k employees

We're talking about big 4 companies here not some middle or nugu companies. They all have connections and resources especially big3, they're the biggest kpop company for more than a decade for this reason too.

Exactly? Ador is a 38 employee company with connection and resources so comparing it to other big3 is just redundant

Lol, I'm not comparing them. My statement is, if Ador, with only 38 internal workers and as a new player, can rock it, other huge companies especially big3 shouldn't do worse than them with their massive history, connection and resources in managing and promoting their groups.

And my statement is that employee numbers dont matter but resources and connections do, and thats something all of these companies have in common.
The secret surely isnt in the amount of workers but what these companies do with their resources and connections

How does a sublabel have more connections than anyone else in the Big 3
-
Does the employee number include the idols?

Yep, you clearly still didn't understand and I want to sleep so bye.

Ador having 38 employees and still overtaking YG in terms of promotion and music is the funniest thing
Some of the overhead work is probably done at HQ level, so Hybe employees.
If you add all the Hybe sub-label employees you get 399 out of the 707 total. That leaves 300+ employees that work at Hybe HQ.

interesting

You guys can't be this dense
I have no words
I literally said the difference is what people do with their resources and connections, not the amount of employees
The fact yall cant comprehend that when I repeated myself several times really reminds me of the saying be the smartest person in the room and you'll look like the idiot
Ador is from Hybe, if they dont have connections and resources no other company have either
Stop acting stupid for kpop

YG has 452 workers?
wtf they do?

Then explain why it's a bad point.
1. Op said amount of employees should be no excuse to do a bad job.
2. I said amount of employees make no difference but what these employees do with their connections and resources.
3. Then you asked how a big4 sublabel can have more connections and resources than big3 labels.
Imagine thinking HYBE sublabels, out of all companies, can't have just as much connections and resources as big3, especially one founded by a former big3 employee.
Lol

And at no point does it occur to you that you're comparing companies with a negligible difference in connections and resources?

I have no idea, but I'd say it's the latter, there's also the black label which is a sublabel

You’re talking in circles, basically just trying to diminish NJs / Ador once again which is or for the course for you.

Interesting. So if I agree with op I am correct, if I disagree I'm just trying to diminish your fave? No wonder the cognitive skills of some here is very impressive.

those poor jyp divisions
-
interesting
indeed
-
YG has 452 people and their artists are still in the dungeon
Said 452 can't do shit without yhs approval
He allegedly even oversees YT variety edits for their groups 💀

You made awful points and are arguing for the sake of arguing because you have too much ego to just admit you had a L take when it would've been better had you just taken the L
Have you never been a part of a business or operation at any level? OF COURSE the number of employees matter to how effectively a business runs. From a big entertainment label down to a pizza delivery service, that matters.

That is so stupid. Soumu have only 10 employees more than Ador and thats a company older than Ador that literally started only last year, and Le Sserafim is also very successful despite not dominating like Nj
Guess what both have in common besides having so much success with few employees?
Lol, i know u guys live in this circle that stimulate each others delusions but its just hilarious to watch the reactions that even the truth is supposed to be downplaying

Have you worked for any profitable, competently operated business?
I have been in multi hour meetings strictly about head count, hiring need, business need and work demand and capacity. Guess what functions as the lynchpin for all of those variables? The amount of employees you have staffed at your business.
None of what you said has any basis in reality, and anyone who has ever led a project would laugh in your face. And guess what any K-Pop group is? One giant, continuous project.
I live in the real world, but I'm not sure what plane of existence you're floating in to think employee headcount doesn't matter at all.
Also, stop with your shameless white knighting for PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANIES THAT DOMINATED RHE INDUSTRY FOR A DECADE.
What's wrong with you? Have some damn self respect. Hybe wasn't even on anyone's radar just 10 years ago. That they're taking over is concerning but also an incredible testament to how well they ran their business.
Enter a time machine and step into 2013, and I assure you that you would be openly mocked for questioning the dynastic might of the Big 3.
Just stop. We know your jealousy and insecurity over NewJeans, and ADOR by proxy, is what is really fueling your comments. Who are you trying to fool? As if a company establishing and utilizing good connections is a negative? Lmao

Don't stand over an open flame if you can't handle the smoke
I didn't fight Big 3 privilege toting stans for nearly 8 years, as a Mamamoo fan, just to see someone trying to paint them as destitute victims who lack the resources to excel.
Let the next era of K-Pop come. Big 3 have nobody but themselves and their hubris to blame for the loosening of their grip on the industry and then consolidation of power into a company then and their entitled stans used to look down on.
