Do you think sm made a mistake choosing members for aespa?

BP make a mistake on cutting Miyeon, she has more personality than Rose and higher visual than Jisoo.

5 member black pink would have been better.

But it worked out for everyone, BP went on to be the biggest kpop GG of all time and Miyeon helped Gidle become one of the best 4th Generation GGs, even from a smaller company like Cube.

no aespa seems fine where they are but

hindsight is always 20/20 - I think we know some of the potential members of Aespa (SM Rookies or something) and thus who would have known if a different combination would be better more or less?

who can say otherwise since one is comparing the known (ie/ current aespa) to the unknown (coulda shoulda woulda aespa)

ok unrelated to the topic but Jisoo is not the least popular she is the second most popular in Korea and third overall

I'm not as aespa fan (not a hater either) but it's insane to point to Winter as one of the members they made a "mistake" with, she's so popular domestically lol

Comparing 7-year-old BP to 2+-year-old Aespa is proof that Aespa is doing very well.

Also, BP built their career gradually, 2+ year old BP wasn't the same as the 7 year old BP we have today.

Therefore, the right comparison should be between 2 year old BP to 2 year old Aespa.

this is first time I hear that winter is average. I mean she create more storm in asepa than Karina when girls released.
