I think it easier to list out the high tier groups and nugu ones. Then the rest are mid tiers
High tiers are IVE, newjeans, Gidle, aespa (based on their chartings and recognition)
High mid tier - Itzy, Les serafim, weeekly(?)
Mid tier - all of the rest
weeekly is definitely not on the same tier as lesserafim lol
Even stayc is above weeekly

I was thinking about their after school hit, but I guess StayC has ASAP and Stereotype as hits too. Yeah weeekly is mid mid tier

After school is kinda a case of one hit wonder for weeekly bc that’s their only song that went viral while the rest performed very much like the typical near-nugu tracks, and even then after school only blew up internationally anyway, in korea it didn’t make much noise at all, so it’s not even a case similar to momoland’s bboombboom which went viral everywhere

Borderline Tier: Weeekly, Everglow, Billlie, Purple Kiss, Cherry Bullet, Rocket Punch

Tier based on sales and overall reputation (debatable)
Top tier : IVE, aespa, New Jeans (already lol), Gidle, Itzy (only group with Ive and aespa to have reached 1 million sales in 1 album in 4th gen)
Top tier is for groups that either reached 1 million milestone (for an album) for sales or have had tremendous success in chart (with top tier sales).
High tier : NMIXX, Le Sserafim (arguable), Kep1er
One of the 2 top tier (or both) milestone isn't reached but they have so much more sales (or chart success) than the other groups
around 200k sales and some chart (reputation)
Low tier : Billlie, Loona, Dreamcatcher, Everglow, Weeekly, Viviz
either sales or reputation is lacking : Billlie (below 100k sales), Loona (terrible charting), DC (same), Everglow (terrible sales), Weeekly (terrible charting), Viviz (lack both but it's gfriend and fans will flock eventually)
(note that everglow and viviz have right now quite subpar sales below 80k)
Popular nugus : woo!ah!, purple kiss (very disappointing sales lately, can't seem to reach a higher tier), Lightsum (same thing), Cherry Bullet, Class:y,

cherry bullet, rocket punch and purple kiss shouldn't be in the same tier as billie weekly and everglow
itzy is arguably top tier with sales alone except if you require charting, stayc should be nmixx tier they have 4x less sales than itzy and 3x less than Le Sserafim without better charting
