I don't think there is any chance for an spring stadium tour though, I just checked up the dates and there is a concert every weekend starting in March through June. Literally they have like 3 free weekends and doubt yg would put a concert in the middle of the week in NA or EU when they will be in Asia.
After July 2 there is a chance though.
What radius clause? they have a japan concert the weekend before coachella this year and in 2019 they had 1 in the middle of week 1 and week 2.

So think mid July - end of August type schedule
Probably Thailand rajmangala concerts before them tho
Seoul encore will be the final concert after the LATAM concerts, maybe September 16 š¤

I am more afraid they didn't release any music these year too with all these concerts. Also how can bp manage to perform in stadium concerts if they didn't release any new music
They absolutely must release new album or EP before commencing the stadium tour infact they need to announce new music as early as April if not outright release a pre-release single on April 14th
Ideally they will announce a new album is in the works for summer then announce the tour in may
I mean stadium concerts are no joke, I'm confident new music will drop
if this is true, chances are we are not getting a new full album this year
