Will people in future (a year or so) get bored of newjeans distinct sound just like they got bored of aepsa's and newjeans songs would then start flopping?

aespa's problem was that their girls cb was mismanaged by sm.

I genuinely don't get why everyone is acting like aespa are over now. Don't SM groups tend to have a miss comeback with the public every once in a while? Aespa had one comeback that didn't completely blow the roof of the charts (mind you they had a decently charting bside so the flop comments don't make much sense to me). They'll eventually have another song that hits big again, just like how red velvet has miss comebacks every once in a while but continue to bounce back. One underwhelming comeback doesn't necessarily mean people are tired of them

aespa's problem is SM and it seams nobody at SM has brain cells left, aespa is eating dust for past half a year, their comeback is delayed and they ship half of the group to a random project instead to establish the group

They are obsessed with kwangya and mcu or whatever is called where they basically merge their groups that they forget about individual groups

New Jeans is just doing RNB and Jersey House.

They just do it well. Remarking like it's new is like saying Red Velvet's Bad Boy is a new distinct sound.

Aespa just had drought, that's all.

Their fanbase already grew.

The drought and added that there are newer popular group, making aespa seems done where it actually far from it. The light just shifted to ive and nj.

Nj themselves might only get "done" if ador f them up and baemon had an explosive debut and shifted the attention to them.

They still broke so many records with their previous comebacks and they're trying their hardest to break aespa through to the Western market. I find it funny for someone to say "aespa is over" just because they didn't peak like Black Mamba, Next Level, or Savage.

Also, I don't think I will get tired of New Jeans' concept. It's so fresh imo and I love the R&B/alt pop kind of thing they're going for. I'm surprised that no KPOP groups have attempted it before (correct me if I'm wrong). Or at least, not as their main concept and music sound.

I'm actually so excited to see what else they have in store for us.
