- Apartments you get in Europe for 500 bucks are all of a suddon 3.000 bucks in America
- Either you have no insurances or your insurances cost a crap of money and still don't cover you as good as insurances do in Europe so you either go broke or you go broke forever in America and there seems to be no way around
- The gun-violence is too damn high. I don't want to move to a place where most likly 9 out of 10 people own guns and at least one of them could shoot someone else

5. Best cities are either located in tornado valley, typhoon area, earthquake area, or... somewhere where is cold and windy xD
I watched some videos of a woman who moved from Munich (Germany) to Cincinati (USA) and she said in one of her videos that people think this issue was very bad in the US and she said it actually wouldn't (IDK about that since IDK if Cincinati is located in a better area of the US ... all I know about Cincinati is that Nickelodeon made a cartoon who's character live there xD)

personally if I would need to move to US I would pick Seattle because you can always jump on train or short flight and you are "safe" in Vancouver in Canada

Living in the US , I can't say your wrong about the dangers and cost. One distinction is Big Cities are most Dangerous. The cost living in and near big cities is high. The violence is highest in the Cities.
There is Safer Big Cities. A few bad exceptions most Suburban areas near big cities are safe. I think more elbow room and Trees have something to do with it. XD
Cost is tricky, It varies by regions. In California it is an exercise of adapting to high cost of living and being taxed to death. Now live in a Big City omg. I visit people renting a house in the City they have eight roommates to differ cost. There is low cost Hotels to stay at your own risk. XD
If one wants to buy property, there is auctions you may get lucky. Otherwise everything is maximized for highest profit. Speculators follow regional trends and jack up prices. One exception is Agricultural Zoned property. Seems the speculators mostly overlook these properties. Can be a near a City and have Farm Animals or not.

Taking bus is nice to have a view of your city
yep u can enjoy the view a lot more when on a bus
theres also less traffic cause ur not in a car and everything is quieter and u don't have to park the car anywhere or be affraid of a letal accident and a car is like 50 times more expensive than riding a bus

Gun violence really scares me, too. There, people have come to such a level that they can buy guns even in supermarkets. I can't even imagine something like this happening in my country and I hope it never happens. And I agree with the health care issue. In my country, the state has to provide health services to the citizens. Although there are paid private hospitals, health care is also provided for insured and uninsured people. Like, you won't be billed for calling an ambulance. But I guess the house problem is the same in many parts of the world. Prices are on the rise everywhere.

I can't see the dentist because it's not covered through insurance. I used Uber or Lyft to go to the dentist. I just want to go to the dentist one more time (which will require me to pay), and then never again dentist due to it being extremely expensive.
Uber (or Lyft, my choice) + Dentist appointment = THOUSANDS of dollars being paid.

I live in a suburb near Chicago and life's pretty good. Haven't experienced a tornado, it does get cold here during winter and hot in the summer. So we kind of have both extremes.
I live in a pretty safe area so I haven't experienced a gun shooting yet thankfully and the closest ones are not really near where I live.
It is kind of expensive though, my parents got our house for around 450,000 dollars(not all at once, we don't have that kind of liquid money lol, i think my dad pays some kind of mortage?? i don't exactly know what but it's kind of like rent but not rent).
In my opinion, I like where I live rn much better than where I used to live(Kerala, India, love my country but I was dying in that heat every day with only 1 ac in the whole house and there are a lot more education opportunities here).
P.S-saw that a lot of people were talking about insurance, my parents' jobs cover for all our insurance. I am not sure how much it costs, but yeah it does cover for a lot of things. We still obviously have to pay money, but I think it's around less than 100 dollars to 200 dollars range.
Also, there are a lot of taxes here, like a lot, and they are expensive. My dad had to pay around $40,000 dollars extra tax(after the standard tax) this year because of the stock market
.After taxes and house expenses, 401k etc my parents overall salary(which some people might consider rich) is lowered a lot.

i agree with this, if you live in the suburbs good luck with transportation cus it's literally 0. If you live in the cities though(Chicago, New York etc) then there's a lot of public transportation, trains, buses etc.

but one of the things that I heard sucks in the usa is the public transportation, especially when compared to europe.
But still, a lot areas in Europe are not good in terms of public transport. I mean people who for example live in villages where either 1 bus a day or not even one at all exists and than these busses often only come to take kids to school and back home. Also I heard from a few people who didn't grew up in Europe that we would be crazy to leave 6 year old first grader alone in the bus or train when they go to school since they are using the same bus as for example an adult who goes to work or a grandma who goes to the grocery store and only a few schools have dedicated busses for the students (and sometimes not even for all students since kids don't live in the same area)

You almost remind me of a guy I know from Discord, he said he has 3 hour of homework but studies up to 6 hours a day and as he was asked what he exactly studies, he just said he redoes his homework.
After some weeks we asked how it comes he does so many homework and only gives himself off on sundays and he said "My mom wants me to go Harvard"
