Actually i would say lsf did fine. I wouldn't call fearless a hit song on kcharts but it did decently. Spent 5-6 weeks top10 on Melon. Has 200M+ gaon points and get to 300M which would be mid level. It was never getting better than this with garam situation getting worse with time during their promotions.

Fearless spent 30-32 days inside Spotify global. 17 weeks inside billboard global excl 200 charts. Two bsides above 20M streams on Spotify which is good for a gg album. 400k album sales.

Yeah their stats are not out of the world like newjeans and ive but it's not shabby.

They are from starship. Owned by Kakao. They are not that far away from the big3 groups.

That alone give them 50% Chance to move like Sistar. And in the worst case end like wjsn. But unlike wjsn they allready start with 2 it Girls with a lot of Fans.

Give a song like one, two three, four, five, six seven, you make me eleven (i still dont understand what the Lyrics try to say) to h1-key and it wouldnt Chart on Melon. Give ive h1-keys Song and they would make it also Chart on Melon.

You also cant compair izone member to other produce groups. Even their solos like kwon eunbi do well.

NewJeans with their fresh music, for me.

IVE is a combination of factors. Their music is unique, really, the sounds used in Eleven, Love Dive and After Like are very amazing and have replay value, I think this is the best reason. They have two former IZ*ONE members and one of them is a popular person in Korea. Hype is already there since the start. And all of those factors combined to form an amazing girlgroup.

Well Le Serafim did pretty good. I still think people are freaking out about NewJeans a little too early. They'll probably have a successful career but it's too early to say they're leading this new gen. Lesserafim's multiple scandals didn't help but I think the main thing that differentiates them from other groups is the music. They have genuinely good songs that are fresh and don't just sound like they're trying too hard to be Aespa or Blackpink. Le sserafim's song was a little "safe" which is why it didn't blow up in a huge way but it still did very well.
