I think he's one of the best, adapting his style to suit the group in question. While he's best known for his more experimental work like with NCT 127, he has a wildly diverse array of styles.

so you get more vocal for EXO and more rap for BTS

you get soft r&b grooves for Taeyeon

pretty straight forward r&b songs for Red Velvet and NCT Dream and even 127

one more that is a play on a classic r&b call and response that layers RV's vocals.

From all time imo it's Shinsadong Tiger (Exid Le too) and Brave Brothers with no competition. They are not very active lately sadly. Teddy is also noteworthy for 2ne1 crush album and Blackpink discography until Kill This Love EP (included).
