Because UNFORTUNARLY, it's not about what is true, it's about what people have decided is true.

Of course she denied all bullying accusations. Until somebody produces solid proof to counteract her statements it's a no brainer to not deny, deny, deny and to threaten anybody willing to come forward with lawsuits and financial ruin.

Anyone who falsely accuses someone and tries to destroy their career with fake allegations, then they they definitely deserves lawsuit.

A 1 year hiatus will be extremely bad for the group. If the accusations for Soojin were proven true only Soojin should be put on a hiatus.

You talk as if the internet forgets. The word "bully" will follow these idols for the rest of their careers .. whether it's true or not. It doesn't matter how long they stay away for. For example, Irene has been forgiven by the women she verbally abused and they're both trying to move on but of course there's many people out there that would like to make sure Irene, RV, and their fans never forget what she had done. The internet can be quite an unforgiving place. They don't believe people can grow or change. It's always "they better apologize and make it right!" then when said person does apologize "they only apologized because they got caught! not buying it" .. you can't win. That's why I think a hiatus is pointless.. personally.

Gidle debuted on late 2018. This is their biggest year.

Usually girl groups do little in their final year of contract (except in rare cases where the members had re-signed). So 1 year is like 1/6 of the whole career

I don‘t get it. Both sides are not even proven. People always say “stay neutral“ and accuse everyone of fake allegations. I do not believe both parties since there is a lot of information missing from both. There are a lot of discrepancies and paradox statements that need to be investigated. Both parties failed to come forward with evidence. Staying neutral means not taking any site. Also there is a lot of Information that purposely does not get translated.

Both are not helping this case at all. Believing random pann comments (I have seen that from both sides) is like believing those instagram facts sites without any source

I don't know that it has to be a year. Take a few months, let the other members do occasional solo activities with a heavy focus on charity, then towards the middle of July release a song designed to be one of those "summer songs" that's cutesy and super-poppy with a very bright MV, and release a mini or album a month later. Unless more bullying scandals keep coming out and it's still a big news story by then, people will have moved on to something else and forgotten. PR 101.
