In sales and charting? What are your expectations?
Can the hybe gg with sakura and chaewon do better than IVE?

Everyone can

They’ll definitely sell a lot. Charting depends on the song and that’s impossible to predict rn

I expect them to get more than 200+k albums so I think they will sell more regardless of the song. Unfortunatly, it's pretty unlikely that they will chart better as Eleven charted extremely well for a gg debut (easily one of the most successful gg debut in the past few years, maybe the best charting wise since BP ?)

IT was easy to predict Ive would do well digitally when WY is so talk about
S&c gg will probably sell 500k if I've can pull 300-350k, but charting is unpredictable bc none of them is more popular than WY in Korea and this is hybe first gg in ages so nobody knows how they will sound

Anything is possible, tbh. It would be pretty disingenuous to insist otherwise when IVE themselves is proof of this considering no one expected them to be successful.
For album sales, Sakura has China and Japan. But then again, it's not all that different from IVE markets when IVE is also pretty popular in Japan, and Wonyoung is the 4th Gen idol with the #1 largest fan bar in China and the 2nd largest fan topic ( just a bit behind Winter) in China as well. The main determiner I see is the company stans. As someone said above, they have the added benefit of HYBE stans. The only thing they have to worry about is the company stans being split between the other two HYBE girl groups being set to debut (most specifically the Enhypen sister group from the I-Land Girl Group version).
Overall though, I'm expecting at least 200k in sales (top 4th gen rookie girl groups are pretty much set between the range of 200-300k with Aespa being the exception, but their debut album process was kinda unconventional anyways), with 200k being the minimum qualification. But, contrary to what people might think, I actually expect them to do similar to IVE, Kep1er, and NMIXX in terms of album sales, and it's actually the charting that might allow them to match up or surpass IVE.
The reason is because, so long as the group has some good amount of attention, all it takes is the right song, as both IVE and NMIXX have proven how song selection can make a huge difference regardless how anticipated the group is.

Well they have few important ingredients to succeed.
A company with deep pockets and networks.
(At least) couple of members with pre-established fan base.
Association with probably the most recognized Kpop group in the world - BTS
Let us assume that producers don't mess up with the songs/choreo/promotions etc.
But all that is no guarantee for success, the stories of groups with every reason to succeed, yet have failed/sputtered along is legion in Kpop.
That is what makes the industry interesting, isn't it?
As to Ive, they have had a fantastic debut, with very similar profile as the upcoming HybeGG, (Starship is backed by Kakao, so ..)
Now they have to deliver on their first comeback, since the pressure would be on - often the debut is less stressful than the 1st comeback, because the expectations would be far more and therefore the risk.
Seems 2022 will be like 2015-2016 period, too many new strong groups debuting from major agencies.

They'd surely sell more than Ive and I believe their international digital charting can be better too but I'm not sure about Korea.. Ive is really huge in there and it won't be that easy for surpass them
IVE did pretty amazing internationally so is not gonna be easy to beat that, i do think they are gonna sell more album sales and for charting, both korean and internationally will depend of the song
