So there was a shitfest when Mingyu posted wearing a red hoodie or something and people were saying he is anti feminism. Thread already went into dumpster fire
And apparently other idols are also being pointed out as well
"Recently across the Internet communities who support Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae Myung, there has been a movement trying to hunt down celebrities who voted for him.
These netizens claimed idols including Jeon So Mi, EXID's Hani, Girls' Generation's Taeyeon, TWICE's Nayeon, Super Junior's Heechul, and MONSTA X's Minhyuk voted for Yoon Suk Yeol and shared 'the list' across various online communities.
However, their claims are rather unfounded as the evidence is entirely circumstantial. For instance, Jeon So Mi was accused because she used a red background on her Instagram story on the election day. Nayeon was mentioned because she used a red balloon emoji and Minhyuk was mentioned because he used a red heart emoji on the election day. Because the color red is the color representing Yoon Suk Yeol's party, these netizens claimed the aforementioned idols alluded to the fact that they have in fact voted for him."
Does this mean that not only Mingyu but also many other idols are anti feminist? I mean if we are going to give the same energy to Mingyu for wearing red then what about others who also posted red?
Just to highlight, no I'm not defending Mingyu or any idols. I'm just curious what you guys think about this whole 'posting red' issue. Why is it some idols blew up and some get swept under the rug (or maybe not one posted anything in the forum yet)
In another thread people are going off saying Mingyu is anti feminist and hate woman because he wore a red hoodie so what does this mean about other idols who also posted red?
Are we going to give the same energy towards them? For those who attacked particular idols for 'wearing or posting red', are you going to do the same to other idols including your faves? Is it hypocritical if you don't do so?
