Is there really any idols who haven't gotten PS?

I'm sure there are

but you can never be 100% sure cause someone will always find something to suspect

if the change isnt drastic, you cant really tell if the change was natural or plastic

the ones I trust strongly would be YYXY members

they debuted within days of auditioning to companies and pretty much had no time to get surgery and for the effects to settle

and their features havent been modified since debut

I hope to god the very young ones (like 13-15 year old) haven’t got any plastic surgery bc it would be sad otherwise

A lot of the younger idols have sadly All of Enhypen has now and Ni-ki is super young

The one I'm confident has never had PS is f(x) Amber. All others are just speculation

Well probably not all of them got invasive surgeries done but almost all of them probably did some cosmetic procedures (but honestly as long as an idol isn't forced who cares)
