yeah but illusion wasn't produce by digipedi i think
and even koreans are starting to post about it
and it's not the first time because JYP was already call out for copying Loona scene in some videos and their fans were saying that it's because they both work with digipedi until digipedi CEO come out and post on instagram that they were involve in some scenes who copied Loona

Things being similar does not mean they were plagiarized.
Plagiarism has a very strict definition.
Similar things are just ..... similar.

last two images are reach jobs since those scenes have been used in many many MV's for years long before Ateez came out.
First 2 however.....I mean the ship in the sky is so so specific and personally if I was the person who made the original, taking into account, design, cinematography, palette, etc I would feel like someone had stolen my work.
i do agree last one is a reach because i don't see the similarities besides they are in a street
but the first three image i can understand from where people are coming , especially by the fact that they use in both the same color palette, angle etc... and that it's not like it was from multiple different artist but that they are all ateez mv so i do understand why Atinys can feel frustrated especially considering that they always had a lot of pride in the pirate concept of Ateez and how much ateez is dedicated to this concept

I’ll give you the flying ship because that’s so specifically tied to Ateez but the others are a reach to me. There are lots of Kpop and Cpop MVs on crowded city streets/alleys and rooftop views.

If it's true that the same company made both music videos, then that's not on JYP, but on that company for reusing imagery/ideas
the first screenshot is from what i understood Ateez MV "illusion" and from what i saw digipedi wasn't involve in the filming of Illusion MV
meanwhile NMIXX MV was made by digipedi
but if an Atinys is here i think they can confirm it

So people just made that up? WOW. I know the MV but I can't say that I ever look at who made MVs when I watch them. Only if I'm really interested in something, like who made the choreography or something like that.

1) I doubt anybody knows attez concept like that bc it's not like they have views/hits (the first time I even hear of it)

A flying ship itself isn't an original idea. It has been very present in the Final Fantasy series, for example. This is a flying ship from the Nintendo DS remake (2007) of Final Fantasy IV (1991).
And I have no doubt it predates Final Fantasy in the literature.
However, in K-pop you have ATEEZ that did it first. Yet, there's a lot of things that someone else did it first.
How to decide what constitutes plagiarism and what doesn't? That's a tricky question.

1) So since no one knows it is okay to plagiarize from them? Digipedi knows lol.
2) It is not just the flying ship. For example see SVT My My it also has flying ship but the color palette and design so different from ATEEZ, and also there is water underneat. But this one looks almost identical, the design, color palette.

the first picture of the Ateez MV was from their Illusion MV who was not produce by Digipedia
the entire MV of NMIXX was produced by Digipedia, so no they aren't copying their own work because it's two different agencies who worked on the mv of both groups

flying ship isn't original of course it's in a lot of video games etc...
but Atinys seems mostly mad because it's not just a flying boat
but mostly because both boat are the same, used the same angle and also use the same color palette
and by the fact that if you put them next to each other without knowing that they aren't from the same MV you wouldn't even notice the difference
if the boat and color palette was different i think none of them would have a problem with it
and it's getting big because most of the instiz post are talking about the simiarities with Ateez MV
and Atinys are even trending a hashtag to ask for some explanation from JYP
