Honestly a Grammy would be another significant and nice thing to add to BTS' long list of achievements, and it'd be nice since the boys would love to receive one as well. But it's highly unlikely that they'll win one(at least rn with the competition) and that's okay. BTS has done so much for KPOP and music already so idc if they get one or not. There's nothing left to prove.

Honestly I think psy deserved, he was quite literally snubbed because if it was an American they woulda got it. The internet was shocked in 2013 and their were articles about it too. But in the present BTS 100% deserves it. It’s complete xenophobia if they don’t imo.

If Grammy had been really fair, MOTS7 would have nominated. It is the best selling album of 2020 of the whole world & one & only pop album of 2020 to get Platinum certification in the world.
And Quality, Black Swan singlehandedly can outdo any song of 2020.
But it is Grammy. If MOTS7 was an English Album with same songs with the change of Korean lyrics to English Lyrics, they wouldn't take even a single moment to nominate it.
I don't know, Sometimes I get a feeling of BTS being discriminated like Sir Rabindranath Tagore. When Sir made "Gitanjali" book in his mother toungue, he wasn't awarded Nobel prize but when he just interpreted the book into English, he got.
But my question is why? Why for getting highest Respected Honour, one artist has to interpret his Art into English. That's the actual proof of Xenophobia.
