If you’re new to NCT, Resonance was the last project with the full group. Each of the three regular sub units had a song on the album (NCT 127, NCT Dream and WayV). The other songs used the NCT U sub-unit, which mixes up members from the other units to create combinations for specific songs.
For example, the ballad From Home takes most of the main and lead vocalists from those three units on one song, while Misfit takes rappers from the units for an all rap song. Songs that are heavily performance driven like 90s Love take main and lead dancers.
