Terraformers. Never in my life have I ever seen an anime this bad. I'm not too picky with anime plot and animation but this one seriously made me throw in the towel because I couldn't stand another second. I never knew what people said about terrible cheap animation until this show. The art made it seem so promising too.
Naruto shippuden. I was finally caught up with the show but every week was a filler episode and if it wasn't, was 70% flashbacks of something that happened only 3 episodes ago. Then the Manga ended and I saw the final pairings and glow downs of the characters. At that point even the naming of the kids sarada and boruto got me extremely angry and triggered so I rage quit. After a few years I've calmed down and restarted the show lol. I still can't believe Sakura went for Sasuke of all characters. Kishimoto and his poor writing of females and relationships still gets me triggered

Sword art online. Same as above.
Hunter x hunter. I gave it over 50 episodes and I still don't get the hype. It never grew on me. I don't like anything or anyone from the show.

The question should be what anime HAVEN'T I dropped??? Too many crappy generic animes have been coming one after the other with very little substance, but to keep this short I will only name the worst offenders.
BORUTO:
when I tell you I TRIED - I really mean I tried. Naruto isn't particularly one of my most favorite animes, but because I started watching the show when I was like 10, I have a lot of nostalgic feelings for it. So when Boruto came out, I had to give it a chance. I REALLY wanted to like this show so badly. I had really enjoyed the movie and the first episode had been good. After 10 episodes however, I was ready to quit. But some naive part of me kept thinking "it'll get better" but after almost 50 episodes I had to accept the fact that the show was T.R.A.S.H.
Boruto and Sarada had STUPID names. Mituski's character design was just so BAD, looking at him made my eyes hurt. His color scheme clashes and he just look ugly. HUGE downgrade from Sasuke, and hell, even Orochimaru. All the newer generation just felt like copy n paste of the old generation and the plot... WHAT PLOT? It was like a freaking slice of life. All the new futuristic elements introduced to the fighting ruined the whole "old world Ninja" theme the show was originally based on. Boruto, while I found him motivating in the movie, was absolutely tiring as an MC in the show. Also, too much power of friendship bullshit. The whole arc with Sumire at the start of the show had so much potential but it was wasted. Also, the kids seemed to never struggle. There was barely any room to see them grow.
YASHAHIME:
suffers from A LOT of the same stuff that Boruto suffers from. I had a lot of expectations but it was TRASH. I guess they tried to be subversive by not making Inuyasha and Kagome's kid the main character, which, alright, COULD have been fine, except she (Moroha) was the ONLY interesting girl in the bunch. Even among the twins, the demon slayer twin (Setsuna?) was more interesting than the twin they made the MC. My biggest complaint however from this show is the pacing and plot contrivances like how they handled the missing original cast. It was just unrealistic how nobody mentioned Inuyasha and the others or seemed concerned that they were missing. (The only worst example of this I can think of happening is in the Manga Black Butler, where dozens of chapters later, we still don't know fake Ciel's real name because other characters in the story unnaturally never refer to him by it no matter what.)
The story would have been better if Kagome, Inuyasha, and their infant daughter Moroha had been attacked by some unknown demon and presumed dead. But their daughter actually survives and is raised away from Kaede and forced to live on her own. Later on, she accidentally ends up transporting to the modern era where Kagome's mom find her and raise her, suspecting that she is her granddaughter. Moroha then must live in the modern era while vanquishing demons who are attacking the modern era while investigating the disappearance of her parents in the waring era.
Anyway, thank god for Tite Kubo. He seems to be the only Mangaka that actually gives a damn about writing a good story for the next generation of his Manga, bleach.
