Have you ever listened to a bside before the Title Track?

It depends on the artist or group. It didn't happen this time for Somi's drop. I had to see if TBL approached the MV in the same way as past MVs..which would have been some "Som(n)i-verse madness".

plenty of times, I just put on the album and let it run. Then I watch the m/v. For example "The Eve" is the first song on The War by EXO and Love Scene is the first song on Bambi by Baekhyun. So I heard both of those songs for the first time before I heard the album title tracks.

Yes, TWICE's Cry For Me which was a B Side for Alcohol Free and Candy which is their B Side for Doughnut, the title for their next comeback....

Well, technically Do It Again, Truth and Going Crazy were B Sides for their debut song, Like Ooh Ahh

If the title track is not the first track on the album maybe cause I play the whole album...

Several times, sometimes I just decide to check out an album without watching the title's MV (when I'm curious about a certain artist or when someone recommends an album to me) so I play the album in the original order and sometimes a b-side happens to be the first track. There are a few Monsta X albums I checked where I still to this day don't know their title track lol, I have never watched a Monsta X MV but I listened to several albums of theirs many times.

It happened to me several times when a b-side has its own MV like the title track or because the b-side was recommended to me.

Tons of time. Apart from BE, the rest of BTS albums first tracks were not the title track

Both these songs were revealed before the title track so I heard them first

Twice - Candy for Formula of Love (title track: Scientist)

Seventeen - Change Up + Lilili Yabbay, Trauma, and Pinwheel for Teen,Age (title track: Clap)

And do the songs that were released before Perfect World count on the Perfect World album because they were on the album but also technically singles?? Technically Cry For Me too but I don't feel like it counts either because it was only on the physical version so it was more like a special thing

I do usually start with the MV, for my favs because I will be waiting for it and for my non favs to check if I will give time to their album

But when BE dropped, the first track I checked was Blue and Grey because a clip of it was released in In the Soop and it got stuck in my head and I wanted to hear it. I checked it out before even watching the LGO MV

I always listen to the album in order. So if a bside is first then that’s what I listen to. And I watch the video only after listening to the album on Spotify.
