Blackpink. Not only because they're only 4 members and each of them have different strengths, but also because of their voices and images. I think the fact they have different but easily recognisable voices makes their music a lot more enjoyable. Similar case with their individual images and group concepts.
Brown Eyed Girls. They need more love on this forum. 
It'll be predictable if this just turns into a 'mention your faves' thread so name groups you don't stan. Being only a casual fan can still work though.
Filler member = someone who doesn't particularly excel at anything or bring much to the table, skills-wise. You can argue whether visuals, personality, popularity, etc. count as 'skills'.
So, which groups don't have any filler members?

2NE1. I think they've shown over the years that all the members played a specific role and to such a degree that they were stronger together.
I'm trying to think of others, but some of the ones that first came to mind lost a member already, and if you can lose a member and functionally be the same, then it's hard to argue that there was no filler.
