I only stan BTS.
I casually like several groups (mainly girlgroups)/ soloists but not to the point of stanning them.

I do. Currently, I'm not interested in anyone in the kpop industry as much as them. Especially not in 4th gen bgs. I also have a practical reason, that I simply find it exhausting to keep up with multiple groups.
I casually enjoy other artists too, mostly girl groups.

I "stan" no one - I feel like that word has negative connotations and the cult like tendencies of some fandoms backs this up.
I am a fan of Kpop and therefore listen to multiple groups - I'll give title tracks of most known groups a listen if I have time.
However, I do have more engagement with certain groups if I consistently like their music and respect the talent/artistry of the members in them.

How can anyone stan only one group? Makes no sense to me.
My top 3 groups with some level of personal engagement (meaning i will take the time to watch a lot or all of their fanservice content and learn about them beyond just their music) are BP, Twice and Izone.
Then comes a ton of groups where i am a casual fan, mostly like them for their music or for certain biases within the team and only watch a tiny bit of their fanservice content. OMG, StayC, Loona, Itzy, Idle, Everglow, and a few others.
I have a few BG faves like SKZ, TXT and Day6 but they're purely about music. I can only recognize like 2-3 members of each group

.How long have you liked kpop? I've liked kpop for a decade. And after a decade, kpop stops being as exciting. When I was new to kpop, I stanned like 30 groups. But now a decade later I don't have the motivation to stan more than one group. Kpop isn't that exciting anymore.

honestly stanning 1 is way more than enough for me lol, used to be a huge multi but school got too tiring to stan so many groups, but i still listen to kpop by a lot of groups casually
it's just hard to balance studies and kpop

I stan NCT and Astro. I keep up with them the most. I used to consider GOT7 on the same level with them, but they aren't as active so I just follow Jaebeom. I also keep up fairly well with Seventeen and Monsta X. I don't follow all of their content, but I'm well versed enough in what they're doing that I'm not really as a casual level. It's like somewhere between casual and stan.
