My votes and reasoning
It will be a mini album - I don't see them doing a full scale quadruple title track situation this year mostly because there just isn't enough time. I think we will see one or two NCT U tracks (maybe something with a 7-8 member groups and then maybe a 2-3 member song) on a mini.
Christmas/Winter album - I think it's certain possible, especially if one of the title tracks is a vocal ballad.
2 Members added - I know there are 4 (iirc) trainees rumored, but I don't see them all being introduced at once. They will save at least two members for the subunit reveal to build hype about he announcement.
Subunit Announcement? - I went with yes, but I don't think it will be a legit announcement. I think it will be cryptic teasers and then the announcement will happen in a few months.
SungTaro unit? - I WILL BURN DOWN THE NEW BUILDING IF IT'S NOT. 
Can they sell a million? - Yes.
NCT Hollywood - They may announce the premiere, but I don't expect the show to air until next year at this point. There's just not enough time.
Is there a way to make the polls public? We might forget our votes.
Will NCT 2021 be a full album or a mini album project?
Most likely a mini album. My first bet was that it would be a single or double single release only, but since Taeyong spoiled the photocard thing, we can conclude it'll be a physical release.
Will it be a Christmas album?
I'm not sure... I would say it won't be a Christmas album, but might have 1 or 2 Christmas/Winter songs, and one of those might be promoted through NCT U.
How many members do you think will be added to NCT in 2021?
I think it will be 2-3 new members. Imo Sungchan will be part of the new sub-unit with 2-3 Dreamies and 2-3 new NCT members.
Do you think a new sub-unit will be announced during NCT 2021 to possibly debut in 2022?
Yes.
If yes, will it be a sub-unit including Shotaro + Sungchan?
Yes. Those two can't stay unitless forever.
In case it's really a NCT 2021 full album/mini album, will they sell +1M albums?
Probably 2M+. If the release was a full album and following a long hiatus, they'd sell 3M+.
Will NCT Hollywood happen in 2021?
When it was originally announced, I think they were aiming at a late 2021 launch. Looking at it now, and since we don't have any updates on NCT Hollywood, it's definitely not happening this year.
Is NEO a Mark akgae?
Absolutely.
I don't see how uniting 23 (or more people) for a project like this would be worth with a mini album, yearly projects HAVE to be full albums imo. I'm not saying we'll get as many MVs as in 2018 or last year, but uniting all of NCT, possibly with new member/s and with all the hype that these projects generate even on more casual NCTzens to then release 6/7 songs would be whack unless all of those songs were title track material.

Full album. It actually didn't take them that long to put together NCT 2020 from a recording perspective so entirely plausible, particularly when you consider members don't record together, so easy to tuck into promos. I don't see them gathering all members just to do a mini.

No. Christmas albums are minis.

I think it could be 4. They've never added more than 2 so far, but I think they have to work on getting the members introduced for the new unit..

Pretty easy. In the full group choreo, you really have to squint to find Winwin, so if he was missing from it, it’s not that noticeable. He gets his screen time through the 90s Love breakout group. So ten could have recorded with the full group before he left, then recorded a breakout group with Winwin in China. Winwin could also record his lines for an album in China, as well as practice the dance routines. Then he can still return for live year end and awards show performances.
The size of the group I think allows for this. Similarly all-unit Black on Black is able to mask these kinds of things too if you just move members to the back (they can also do this with Lucas, if he appears here, but I don’t believe we’ll see him in NCT 2021.)
