You are too dumb even songs like Lalisa which gained 73.4 million views didnt gain 3 million views per hours in the last hours like aespa did You think they suddenly gained fans in the last 6 hours?
This is actually false some groups are pulling 1M views in 12 hours then suddenly they gain 4M views in hour
+ and YouTube stopped freezing views sometimes they froze likes
It does show on screen Stop being dumb its annoying 16 million views in 6 hours but only 140k comments

It doesnt matter if it's your pic or not, what you are saying is still wrong. This youtube policy is only about the first 24 hours RECORDS, but these are only relevant for groups like bts or bp which have massive numbers. Companies like jyp or sm have used ads during the first 24 hours many times, they are not forbidden.
So you can understand better. Example: say jyp bought 100 million ads for stray kids but only 20m were legit. The views would show up on the live yt counter, but they wouldnt make the official youtube list
