WTF is up with stores playing random kpop songs?

I also heard Kiss and Make up and Butter in the waiting room of a real estate agency

I've heard Day6's Congratulations at a store once.

And Suju's Sorry Sorry and TVXQ's Spellbound at another store on another day. I was so shocked! 2 Kpop songs from 2nd gen acts! On the same day and same place! lol

They played Kill This Love at Great Clips and it was fantastic LOL

I haven't set my foot into a shop for more than a year and I don't know what's up. Last time I went to my local super market they were playing elevator music.

I’m jealous. I only heard Butter and PTD on BBC radio. I wish they would pick up TXT too.

I wish bops like that played in stores where I am... I did hear PTD several times in stores though.

My local Walmart played Kura Kura by TWICE recently. I did a double take.

they played Bang by After School in our local version of 7/11. I was so shocked. Not because kpop but cause its a OLD song which many newer fans dont know

My local supermarket played Boy with Luv once and I was quietly singing along to it.

My daughter and her friend were in KFC and heard BP Kill This Love. Of course, when Gangnam Style was out everyone was playing that. Sadly my town isn’t big on K pop.
