Well, at least it's unlikely that a Prom concept is going to be dark. Especially not with that colour scheme in the background. It's probably going to be a princessy, elegant Prom Queen concept. Just take the formal dresses from What is Love and expand on that to a full concept. Throw in some Brand New Girl school graduation vibes as well.

It may not necessarily be cute, but it still could be bright. Cute and bright aren't the same thing. A royal queen / princess, for example, may not necessarily be cute, but she could still be a symbol of brightness and hope / optimism. Or a warrior heroine, e.g. Wonder Woman.
