But BUTTER 's first 30 days digital points are not much away from celebrity's and we know BTS are more consistent in long run.

So will wait how many 2021 songs end in yec top 10 charts. To make a better case for soty. Right now many songs are ahead of NL . But it can make a case , if it stays consitent and get good amount of digital points. And surpass others.

i think you already answered your question by outlining the criteria. as long as next level has the high score or whatnot out all other songs out there or will be put out there, there is a possibility.

can they? don't award shows usually give big awards only to the biggest groups to not upset the fans? (aespa are big but they're still rookies) also i thought SM doesn't have a good relationship with most award shows so that doesn't help.

Isnt KMA is like the Oscar of Korea. I doubt they will give recognition to a remake song. They will go for originality
