Because the only 4rth gen GG making waves is itzy and gidle is in hiatus ITZY had their CB also lots of other 4rth gen GGs have had CBs and boy groups are irrelevant in Korea so I doubt any of them would break a Spotify kr debut record NCT dream Enhypen and TXT all had CBs and they're all killing it so this Spotify record seems just unless treasure and skz and g-Idle are coming back and smashing it? Then I don't see a point why it shouldn't be fair.

Itโs relevant because so many groups both 3rd and 4th gen have released songs in the past 4 months and yet didnโt top it. It was relevant when bts and IU(the highest 2) topped it but itโs not when some other groups did it?
