Rapping and dancing are close. But there is a gap in vocals. So Jungkook.

I'm partial to Jungkook bc I love his vocals and very powerful (as in, he tends to have very impactful moves) style of dance, and Taeyong doesn't do it for me only from personal taste, but he's an amazing dancer as well, very charismatic and seems like a solid rapper!

Dance: it doesn't have that big gap like the other two because both are good at it but Taeyong is insanely good so definitely him.

Since its talent, not just 'talent for music', I'd say JUNGKOOK.

Since Jungkook is talented in painting, bowling, baseball, archery, film making, drawing, and a lot more. JK even directed a BTS mv (LGO)

Both are good looking. Overall Taeyong. They are both really good dancers but I prefer to watch Taeyong when it comes to dancing so I'm gonna say Taeyong.
