Can you be a stan of a popular artist without being called a success/token stan?

I know right! Just because you like something popular does not mean you are a success stan. A success stan is someone that only cares about the success of a group. A lot of people genuinely support the groups they stan and not because the awards they have.

I don't know what you're talking about. Baby Shark has been used by politicians, sports people and athletes, musicians and others for their promo work, their entrance themes and all. It's just a fabulous song that turned in a global phenomenon like no other. Your faves can't relate.

some users are extremely obsessed with numbers and stuff they like to put their fave's achievements into everyone's face I guess they are success stans. And some people stan nugu groups in hopes of them being super successful cus then they can brag about it. But when those groups show just a small sign of flopping they just drop them. And some stan big company groups cus they think bug company groups will become successful no matter what so they can brag about it in the future. Success stans are more common than we think tbh

This is too funny not to reply, sweetie you have more than 30k posts in a tiny, niche forum, and are found in most BTS related threads, that's the group I follow on this forum. Is it rocket science to have an idea of what you talk about generally... just like other active users in BTS threads? And you shared your history yourself... that I didn't even ask for.
