Is Jihyo the most popular twice member right now or is that just my FYP/TL

Idk if she's the most popular but she has definitely been one of the popular members.

I did see a lot of her fancam on my twitter tl and tiktok fyp as well.

She's always been among the most popular in the US (Nayeon and Mina are up there too), and she went viral for the lollapalooza so yeah

I remember she also went viral for past performances in the US such as the LA con and another one. But not at this level I think

The most trending would be accurate.

But I wish she would get more recognition for her solo right now.

She's definitely getting the most attention rn and is consistently increasing her popularity. As of 2025, she's def top 5 when it comes to popularity, an insane thing to say cuz nobody thought Jihyo would end up as one of the more popular members.

Imo, it goes like this: Nayeon > Sana > Momo > Jihyo. They are the fixed top 4 currently. After that it gets a bit confusing.

Well, not an expert on poplarity, but as other have said she have always been among the top and she is mabye the most good looking girl in the group and the best singer (or at the top), so. Sure, she can be a bit...... boring? compared to the others, but I get the sence she always been in the top when it comes to popularity, compared to some others that have gone a bit up and down during the years.

But overal, not many of the members makes any big impression solo/by their own and most of them will be remember as a member of Twice and nothing much more. Well, maybe Tzuyu, not sure how she is doing in Taiwan.

Trending does equal popularity so right now she is the members that's increased her subscribers the most in the recent days.

There seems to be some difference in the international popularity and the Korean one. She's not as popular in Korea as much as she is internationally.

Second most underrated GG idol in 3rd gen tbh (only Yooa from Ohmygirl is more underrated relative to their actual talent+visuals) so i'm glad Jihyo's trending a little. She has a small but vocal fandom on TW but judging by all the polls, sales, charting, she unfortunately has zero real popularity.

Jihyo is the best overall performer in 3rd gen i think, crazy good dancer, powerful vocals, consistent af with her stage presence.

Jihyo has top 5 highest selling single album for all kpop female solo and the top in Twice for a single album. She is also one of higher charting solo female on billboard. Saying she has zero real popularity is not true.

That may be true in like 2022, but in 2025? No way. Tzuyu has always been considered more popular than Jihyo and her solo bombed, like I am not even joking it was THAT bad. And Chae's not gonna do any better either. Many were disappointed by how Jihyo's solo performed on charts but more popular members have done even worse, frankly Nayeon and MiSaMo are the only ones who have done well outside the group so you're being a bit harsh on Jihyo imo. Her next album whenever it comes will 100% do better than Zone which mainly did bad cuz it had a terrible lead single

Was Tyuzu's that bad? I know it didn't chart but I swear it sold pretty well overall. Not as well as Jihyo's or Nayeon's but pretty decent. Though considering how loud her fans were I think we expected far more.

Yeah that's the issue. Her sales were fine, good even, but considering how much her akgaes whined about how she was held back in JYPE, everyone expected wayyy more than what she achieved.

I think for the American market she might be the most popular. I think for Twice popularity can vary because each region is a different answer. In Korea, I'm unsure if Jihyo is top 3 in popularity because Nayeon and Sana are the most popular members in Korea, and Tzuyu is possibly 3rd. However, I Think Jihyo's popularity has improved over the year due to standing out. There seem to be an increase praising how good of a performer she is, so maybe she's in the top 5 in Korea

In Japan, MiSaMo members are clearly the most popular there. I think overall Nayeon might be the most popular followed by Sana. I think top 3 is up in the air because in the past most would say Tzuyu is easily in the top 3 but unsure if that's still true today. I think Momo and Jihyo have a strong case for 3rd in overall popularity.

I think the major issue with Jihyo's solo debut was they picked the wrong song. I don't think Killing me good was the right title track. I think Closer would've charted better, but they indeed didn't give her better material regarding the title track. Sales for her debut was very good imo and one of the top sales for a soloist. I think for her comeback they need to pick the right song that better showcases why Jihyo is one of the best performers of all time.

I agree that Tzuyu didn't meet expectations and again I think they didn't give her good material regarding the title track. Personally I would've went with Lazy Baby as the title track because that was a much better song. I am also not expecting much from Chae's album, but like all Twice albums I will still buy

She is more popular in the West because she fits their beauty standards better and because she stands out in performances, but overall she is unfortunately not among the more popular members, who are Nayeon, Sana, Momo and Tzuyu.

Instagram depends a lot on what kind of content you are putting on it, in almost any other aspect Chaeyoung loses to Mina in terms of popularity
