Do you think I-dle title tracks used to be better?

My favourite songs from them are Lion and Hann.

I actually like their latest song more than like...Klaxon or Wife whatever that is

Dahlia, Hwaa, Latata... They're better than what we have now.

There are title tracks I love and title tracks I don't like that much between releases. For example, since they became 5, I love Tomboy, but dislike Nxde. I love Queencard, but dislike Super Lady. I love Klaxon and, so far, I love Good Thing as well. So It depends, I'd say idle is consistent with the expectations I have in them.

they had quite a few bops earlier in their career, i actually liked super lady, klaxon was ok, and the 2 new ones are... ok

i voted yes, but i think it could go either way for me

edit: came back to add that there isnt a single gidle tt i dislike... i can tolerate even the worst ones because i like their "formula", especially the prechoruses

I feel they have up’s and downs rather than saying before or after was better.

Their title tracks were better, but I feel their b-sides might be better during OT5 era.

The formula being Miyeon/Minnie/Yuqi strong vocals on prechoruses. In particular, i love Miyeon's vocal color and i think it perfectly suit the prechoruses (at the expense of her almost always getting least lines)

eeyup. idk. something about it tickles my brain. its always so... melodic? like the melody is a melody thats easy on the ears? also... i also like shuhua during prechoruses, like the one in tomboy

I am not enjoying their recent TT - I still do enjoy B sides especially those from Minnie and Yuqi

No! They're a consistent group, and honestly, with groups like i-dle that always do different music and concepts, this is the downside for the average Kpop stans. With groups like TWICE or Blackpink, you'll know what you're gonna get because they always release the same type of music, but groups like i-dle, don't.

I prefer groups that actually tries to do something different, even if I don't like it as much, than keep releasing the same thing over and over again just to be trendy and popular.

As I did for IVE earlier, I compiled all the votes f‍rom this forum's "Bop or Flop" threads for (G)I-dle's singles, and created a chart summarising the results:

Unfortunately, we d‍on't have proper Bop or Flop polls for "Hwaa" and earlier, since I assume they were created on the old forum.

Nevertheless, w‍e do s‍ee that "Tomboy" is by far this forum's favourite (G)I-dle song. All subsequent releases have fallen well below its standard, though "Good Thing" is doing surprisingly well.

I disagree, I much prefer their tracks starting from Dumdi Dumdi. They were pretty much hit/miss before that song. I love-love Senorita though.
