IU has more songs on Billboard (not HOT100 and BB200 obv, because she's not promoting in the US) than 4 of them combined, 100% sold-out World Tour all-around the word, she has like 3 or even 4 times more songs/album charting in the West, and 10 times more successful as an actor as well. Also, IU is the most streamed female Kpop soloist on Spotify as well!

I don't even consider BTS, BP, TWICE as Soloists yet.
They are "SolUnits" Subunit of 1 member of active groups leveraging group fandom.
Their own viability as true Soloists will be known only when their groups are defunct.
And typically only 1 of any successful group achieve that.
Only one Beyonce from Destiny's Child, only one Harry Styles, only Taeyeon, only McCartney . Etc.
Maybe it will be Lisa from BLACKPINK, but it is too early to tell.

Her solo career started late 2021 so it'll be 4 years this year, she already did some fanmeetings while in yge, and now outside yge she did 5 fanmeetings in arenas that had overall ~67k attendance, this shows her strong presence solo wise.
She is the most streamed female soloist out of kpop with Jennie a second close on Spotify. Yt she has huge numbers, she charted countless times on Hot100 with and without features, she charted countless times on others officials charts all around the world. Her physical sales are huge too like she is in the top for 4 years and this era is bigger than her debut era.
What I think it's yes, she needs a solo tour which I think she'll do, but just after BP tour, but regardless Lisa and even the others pinks already proved their influence and position in kpop. Now, will they slay in 2029? Idk, but they are already doing things no other female kpop act did and probably won't do.
Time will tell everything, but seeing how eager they are to release music, promote music, be music I'm sure they'll give us more albums and solo activities like touring!

So now that BP released more songs they are above IU who had way more songs? That's obvious.
But also nope, we can't say "after 5~10 years of BP inactivity" when we should include their years in BP too. I know coming from a big group gives you a huge advantage, but this applied to what? 0,5% of kpop? Who is at the level of GD or Taeyeon? Internationally who is at the level of BTS or BP solos?
In the end the comparison isn't that smart bc IU is a soloist since forever, but also we should see how big BP girls are in the solo scale when we didn't even have that many successful (on their level) soloists who came from groups.
