The requests provided are in line with the terms of their contracts.

NewJeans requests are termed as contract violations by ADOR and they are providing them 14 days to correct these contract violations

or the group will terminate their contract.

It might seem simple, but ABCE is basically asking Ador to go against their own people, which would cause chaos across all the subsidiaries involved, including Hybe’s higher-ups. I don’t think the new ceo has the guts to pull that off. I doubt they’d even have the nerve to pretend to sue those involved, it could open another Pandora’s box if the authorities decided to dig deeper like what happens to their internal report. Plus, Hybe’s ties with certain politicians makes them targets for those politicians’ enemies as well.

D is tricky because it involves Dispatch, who, as we all know, have good relationship with Hybe. If that relationship falls apart, who knows what Dispatch might expose about them.

As for E, it’s not as simple as just apologizing to Shin Woo Seok and hoping he’ll let it slide. The new ceo already dragged him into this mess and even threatened him with a lawsuit, so good luck for them to settle things with him peacefully.

Lawyer Cho Gwang Hee of One Law Partners told Chosun.com: “It is unclear exactly how ADOR violated the contract based on NewJeans’ demands. Unless the court finds sufficient grounds to suspend the validity of the exclusive contract, the agreement will remain in effect.”

Lawyer Cho further elaborated, “Most of the issues raised by NewJeans in their notice pertain to HYBE. While HYBE and ADOR may appear closely connected, they are legally separate entities. Misconduct by HYBE cannot be grounds to terminate a contract with ADOR.”
