IVE sold the most albums. They have as much chance as LSRF & GIDLE there

I have no personal investment in aespa but I just think they kinda deserve it and have earned it.

I believe for aespa and IVE, the tracking period includes Drama and IVE MINE respective (since Baddie was nominated).

For GIDLE, I Sway (Klaxon) too

Both IVE albums sold most vs. their peers. So IVE have overall highest album sales

60% is sales 40% judges

And seventeen outsells everyone

They outsell ggs 3 times

I would give it to aespa

aespa i think, they have physicals, digitals and internationally they did great this year as well

From this list, Gidle released the best albums, but I wouldn't nominate them either. All of these groups released average or worse albums this year!

All the top girl groups have proven their ability to tour.

NewJeans sold out Tokyo Dome before the general sale even opened.

I expect aespa to win, but don't be surprised if Mnet chooses NewJeans anyway.

AESPA deserves but award shows are unpredictable so anything can happen.

Besides, they still have a chance at winning that other award ceremony who completely discarded physical sales which fans cheat at anyway as a deciding factor

They can win on cultural impact alone! No one besides Seventeen fans care about Seventeen's latest album (no offense or anything, they still sold the most copies), but EVERYONE was talking about Supernova and how aespa completed dominated NewJeans and Kpop this year in general!

Well tbh that other award ceremony award is probably a joke and primarily based on whoever's company bribes the judges the most, but theoretically speaking, if it was based on cultural impact alone, aespa should win! 😎 BOTH the awards~ them or ILLIT, cuz rn GIRL GROUPS dominate Kpop and boy groups DROOL~!
