The mistreatment in question, though troubling, is presented in a way that's somewhat amusing. Yes, at the hands of MHJ, they do need to get a lot of help.

The video should have been a wake-up call for many, given the extent of brainwashing shown. However, it’s not surprising that devoted fans, or stans of other groups, might overlook this issue for now. Until it impacts the group further, they learn.

There are entire fandom losing their minds over "mistreatment" because some fanbase couldn't give their bias a sugar laden cake. Actual idols crying out loud for help due to their toxic work environment and kpop fans act like they owe their lives to their company. kpop fans just don't live in reality

Honestly the kpop community will always find ways to be defensive and divisive. They all foam at the mouth for the chance to slight somebody else, or just learn tea. They need a villain and a victim. Its all theater for them when really, these are human beings trying to chase their dreams

The same people were literally backing neonazis not too long ago just because they were against RM.

I must say the whole thing made me appreciate BTS and their parents more because it’s a miracle that with the all success they had, they still look like decent people. The contrast is staggering.

you do realise that by speaking out they are firmly putting themselves in the war and firmly choosing a side

whereas before their parents made statements, MHJ made statements but the members themselves stayed quiet

and thus regardless of whether the members are mistreated or not they are fair game now

their comments are subject to scrutiny and the public will dissect it to determine whether the comments have any validity

but that does not mean one should attack them
