What did Blackpink's stage leave behind? There is nothing left. Blackpink was never at the level to be a festival headliner. It got a little better in the second half, but the early members' singing in the AR was terrible. They didn't dance as passionately as the back dancers. It was a performance for social media uploads and DVD releases. Compared to 2019, we have retreated in all aspects. Blackpink's Coachella stage made my eyes widen for a moment, but it soon disappeared into a dark space, leaving behind only acrid smoke. The glorious stage that every musician dreams of was wasted. K-pop missed an opportunity to be taken seriously in the global market.

Le Sserafim was not a headliner, headliners get judged more critically.

LSF did set up for the headliner, maybe that was a bit ambitious by Hybe, perhaps if they were moved down a spot or two, the criticism would not be as bad.

Dude is 100 percent on point. Rare to see from a Korean music journalist, most of them are failed musicians who have no clue what good music is but this dude obviously has a brain cell or two rattling around in his head.
