actually le sserafim had two past izone members are they were the first girl group under hybe to debut. garams scandal only further put them under the spotlight

Hybe should use New Jeans to co promote with Illin. Maybe have a surprise performance video of both groups dancing a cover, or have a guerilla live performance for New Jeans and Illin together dancing to Hybe Boy or Ditto. This could drum up a lot of interest and get Knetz talking.

The snippets sounds good if they flop with this song idk. Even TWS with zero hype charted

They will cover NJs on Weekly idol.

Standing by what I have posted earlier. They are New Jeans Mark 2, looking younger, fresher and newer, with 2 Japanese members like lsf.

It is a better song than fearless, and Hybe will do what they did with tws and do collabs with the maknaes of all their other groups.

I personally still don't trust Hybe with this group, they weren't interested in pushing Enhypen so why'd they push illit? Aren't they from same company? Bang si hyuk didn't even appear on their show at all. Lesserafim appeared on Hybe academy but not here. Unlike Iland which was supported by almost every hybe group, this show barely had any support.

They have different groups for different markets and demographics.

Younger 9-12 year olds would now be less likely to become fans of NJ as they aren't a new fresh youthful group anymore like they were a bit less than 2 years ago, so Hybe will use Illit to get these tweens.

honestly i dont see them do THAT amazing internationally(obv they'll do decent bc they are from hybe) but i totally see their concept and music doing well in japan n korea n other asian countries

Highly doubt it, at the end of the day they are competition! Plus MHJ wouldn't be on board, she gatekeeps the girls like crazy - just look their variety show.

Also, not that there's anything wrong with this, but Hybe/BTS privilege will also be a factor if they reach top 10 right away.

Having said that, I only got interested in them because of their music trailer. Sounded like bops!

I do think Magnetic will be a hit for a debut, particularly globally. The song is simply too strong not to be.

Let's be real, people only hyping them because they're another HYBE group, that's all. There's literally nothing special in them so far. Sure, I'm not the main audience, they're made for teen girls and boys, maybe, but still, how are they any different from NewJeans? If I would only listen to the songs, I would say it's NewJeans.🤣

No hate or anything like that, I just think this upbeat cutesy style won't make them successful in a long-term. This is like Babymonster, Literally everyone was interested in them, because of YG and most people tought. "Oh yeah, a new Blackpink, we can have our own new hype group." and basically 90% of the audience left the chat after Batter Up.

So, yeah, ILLIT can be in the TOP10, but the real test is how they will perform after their 5th or 10th title song. I don't think HYBE can manage 2 overhyped girl groups. NewJeans is massive, but look at Le Ssereafim. They're not as hyped or successful as NewJeans.

They aren't any different. They are NJ version 2. They look younger, fresher, newer, happier. Thats the whole point. It worked for NJ so they are copying it almost exactly, but with 2 Japanese members like lsf. They will be marketed at the next crop of 9-12 year old tweens, who would consider NJ too old and boring as a group now.
