Gidle Vs Mamamoo, which group is more talented?

Soyeon is an amazing talent, but all four members of Mamamoo are incredibly gifted performers, whether it's vocals, stage presence, song production and even choreography.
Most people these days only talk about vocals when they think about Mamamoo, but they can and have done everything.
Solar even directs her own music video series for nearly 10 years, called Solar's Emotion.
In terms of overall talent of ALL the members, Mamamoo don't take a back seat to anyone.
If it was about the singular most talented idol, it would be hard to pick anyone but Soyeon, but that's not what the thread is about.

They in fact did KCON LA in 2019 without Wheein.
Much to my dismay after not seeing them live over a year. But they didn't miss a beat.
And had it been Moonbyul, any of the members would cover her rap (and have before)
In their latest tour, they each even performed each other's solo songs
This is basically an impossible poll for Mamamoo to lose.

Mamamoo, obviously, and even tho I LOVE G-Idle, I don't think they would be as successful as they're now without Soyeon. Vocally, all of them are average or a bit better, not all of them of course. Visually, I don't think they have the typical Idol look, and I like that. At first, I didn't get why people said they're like Mamamoo 2.0, but later it was obvious to me, too, especially after Queendom. They have so many similarities.
Kiss of Life is 5th gen, right? I think, they can be like a Mamamoo type of group, talent wise. They're not as good vocally, but they're better than G-Idle. The big difference, I think, is that G-Idle probably is more mainstream, but I'm not sure about that either. Again, different times.

Wheein had mental health issue, I think back in 2019, right? I think that was the time when people blamed her because of her stupid dad.

That was Legendary, for sure! I remember when they changed parts first, but only Moomoos realized it, and people were like: "Why Moonbyul is singing?" Solar had the time of her life because she got her chance to rap.🤣

GIDLE just for the sole fact that they compose their own lyrics.
Every Mamamoo member has songwriting credits. A ton.
That's an understatement.🤣 I mean, Mamamoo still the most credited girl group of all-time, just like Moonbyul is the most credited female Idol of all-time with more than 120 credit.
And as you said already, they're not only writing lyrics, composing songs, too, did many dance choreos in their early years. They have a say in MV making and directing, too.

I think GIDLE members need to release more songs individually or albums, then we can really compare. Right now, it is all 'Soyeon' spearheading the group. MMM has group and also solos. We can see their musical taste and artistry. Besides being in a group, I hadn't seen much from GIDLE individually, they might appear on music show here and there, and sing a song or two, but I think that will be different when you're in charge and take on your own solo activities without a group.
Compare to MMM, GIDLE experience isn't there yet. It would be fair to compare them when there is something more to judge. It is like comparing MMM to Big Mama, I wouldn't dare to say MMM is anywhere close. I think one of them is even a professor or a dean at a University...
Vocally I really like Yuqi and Minnie. I wish they would release an album because it would be amazing.
