I trhink hybe wants an it girl but MHJ is reluctant. It's giving twice 2016 when every member was blowing up but jyp was scared of them becoming Suzy and friends so refused to promote them individually. If MHJ wanted Minji would be bigger it girl than anyone else. It's all about marketing and extreme push by the company.
