Well we don't know the context, maybe he asked her if she was okay with the pose and she said yes. Yeah, no it isn't. Just becuase a person is gay he doesn't have the right to touch a woman anywhere without her asking.

With that said we really have no idea if he asked her or not or if she was okay with it, always be mindful of that when witch hunting someone. But just my thoughts of the excusing groping and touching someone is still super creepy regardless of being gay or not.
