She left her company last year after her contract ended, and I don't suppose it wouldn't be too extreme for her to use that time to rest, gather her connections and find a new agency or make her own for her return. I hope she's well.

Life is exceedingly tough for female Kpop soloists. IU and Taeyeon are the only two that have remained at the top for a long time.

None of Sunmi, Hyuna, Jessi, Chungha, Hwasa, or other soloists from Kpop groups have demonstrated consistent success over any length of time. That is why it makes me laugh when folks criticize my Izone girls for not charting well. Like wut? How many other groups, active or inactive, can boast three out of four soloists charting in the Top 100 of Melon Daily with two in the top 30? Blackpink and maybe Mamamoo?

How many other groups can even boast having four active soloists from their group? RV only has three, Twice has soon to be two, SNSD has two, IOI has two, hardly any for 4th gen groups since no one is confident enough to do what my Izone girls did.
