Six members released full/mini albums and all have different sounds. We are really lucky to enjoy in such diverse music. Personally, rm's indigo is my fave but all 6 are great. Hopefully, we get one from Jin next year when he's discharged from military!

If you look up Talent in the dictionary BTS will be right next to it

My personal favorites are Indigo (RM) and D-Day (AgustD)

ARMYs have been saying this since forever. BTS solo albums are just as good as their group work.

I don't know if you like rap or not but rapline members have multiple albums of their own. Jimin also has released a mini album of his own. Jin has a single.

If you specifically like Jungkook and V's voices then I'll recommend you to listen to 'Still With You', 'Euphoria', 'Singularity', 'Stigma'. There's lots of stuff so I won't link it all here but their Spotify profiles now include almost all of their solo work....

I also think 'Indigo' is RM's best album. 'mono' was great but 'Indigo' has surpassed it in my books. But 'D-2' is still better than 'D-Day' for me. 'D-2' is like the ultimate production masterpiece.

I recently discovered Change pt. 2 by RM and was shook. What a brilliant (mini) song.

One of my absolute favorite BTS songs is Reflection as well, I don't listen to it often but it always touches my heart when I do. RM's lyrics have this effect on me. He is the best lyricist in all of kpop, a true genius.

I genuinely really love J-Hope's solo material as well. It's so different and so inherently him. Arson, More, Daydream, Stop, Hope World. All awesome tracks.

I think I have rambled enough about Jungkook in his threads so not much left to say from my side. I was super impressed by him this year. SNTY is one of the best songs of 2023.

They hate bts just because they are bts. They are extremely popular and it's always fun to hate or drag popular acts in general. They didn't get there for no reason, and nobody helped them get there. Bts and army did everything on their own. Which is beautiful but also the hardest way possible

Give them a try! No album sounds alike, all of them have their own style

For me while D-2 has my fave yoongi song (what do you think) overall I do prefer D-Day, I tired quickly from Daechwita but haegeum was my 2nd most played song of 2023 and I still love listening to it.

Moon, Awake and Epiphany are all roughly the same genre but I never tire of listening to them, and what I appreciate about jimin is all 3 of his solo songs are vastly different vibes and I absolutely adore each one

CAUSE YOU HAVE TO FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF

and not listen to the opinions of little kiddies who say "bts is so westernized" or "bts is so overrated and untalented"

like we stan talent who always give 100 and can rap, produce, sing & dance

No true flops in any of them except Yoongi's. At worst they are blops, and there a couple bops (Jhope) including one megabop 10 out of 10 (Jin's Astronaut).

OP I’ve been there before. I had this same prejudice about BTS being overrated. To be fair I’ve never taken boybands seriously until BTS came along but you get the gist
