I mean it is just weird that New Jeans are now the only Hybe gg that doesn't have a Japanese member, and to be frankly the only among the top 4th gen groups while as well. And her previous groups also never had any Japanese members, but did have Chinese and western born asians. It seems like she just skips this one country for some reason.

then JYP had a localization strategy for Japan.
I think that's actually what most company are going for recently
HYBE stop adding japanese etc... members because they are now debuting group in US, japan etc..
SM added just one foreigner in Riize because they have now debuted WayV and NCT japan to have more localized promotion
etc.... i feel like 5th gen might be the generation where we see less and less foreigner debuting in group who will promote mainly in korea
