Charisma/personality mate (you cannot lie about the fact that she has a personality that most people like)
also that statement is kinda crazy to me because I really like her visuals and I feel like lately more people have been starting to like her visuals more but ig visuals are subjective.
Also Giselle is pretty talented to be an idol her rapping is good, dancing is pretty good as well (she keeps on improving each comeback), and her vocals are really good.
