I hope so. I think JYPE lacks trust in the girls popularity in Europe that's why they never give them anything there. But you gotta enter into the market first to gain popularity. I want a genuine world tour from Twice not just North America + which is basically what they usually do. I think Twice is more than capable of doing a genuine world tour.
TWICE will be getting the Billboard Breakthrough Award in March but their schedule for American Concerts was probably for their Comeback which would have been planned last year.
MiSaMo will debut in late July so it makes sense there will be a break from the Concerts to promote them, so Part 2 will be after that.
I think Part 2 will be the South East Asia, Europe and possibly South American Concerts
