Domination ABUSE is when somebody ABUSES the fact that they own all of the supply of something and then extremely overcharge it or horde the product or halt production out of retaliation.

Examples:

(Halt production) OPEC countries control the vast majority of oil production, so they’ll cut back (NOT for environmental reason)

(Horde supply) When vaccine companies won’t allow other generic versions to be made and they horde the existing supply so they can control the pricing/who gets the vaccine (per country)
