Because club violated quarantine rules/curfew. Entertainment places must be closed at specific time. Police usually conduct raids to ensure that bars/clubs dont break the rules

I think there's a difference between "it's a restaurant that stayed open late for him" (which is what previous articles made it sound like) and "it's a strip club where he fled police while his friends fought officers".
