Just for artist management. In the US, the artists are ultimately in charge of themselves and choose what companies to enter into contracts with for music (record labels) and other paying jobs/promotions (a manager/management company). They even hire their own lawyers and sometimes PR. Scooter was a manager mostly. Managers also usually only get 10% of the pay from these other paying gigs and gets nothing from their music.
I still did not know what is Hybe America's purpose lol!
