How do you like your burger?

I get a grocery delivery each week, and when I do burgers, it's usually one of the following:
- black bean burgers which I pair with a sandwich thin (this one specifically, balances out the beans better than a normal bun would) + mustard, pickles, and whatever cheese slices I have handy, preferably swiss or gouda
- hamburger meat which I like to pair with pretzel buns + sauteed mushrooms and/or onions, pickles, mustard, and cheese, preferably cheddar
If I get one from a burger place, then my standard order is cheeseburger with everything on it except raw onions.
...Now I want a burger.

good old fashion dad's grilling skills comes in handy
I have been to places who did medium well for me, but they wont push it for anything lower

lettuce, pickles, and cheese are a must. and i only eat burgers if they're salmon fish. not picky about the rest, but i prefer it without tomatoes
