Here is their statement

Hello. This is RBW.

We express sincere gratitude to the fans who cherish the group ONEUS, and we inform you of Ravn’s departure from ONEUS with heavy hearts.

Regarding this issue, Ravn expressed his intent to voluntarily leave the group in concern of the harm that is being caused to the ONEUS members and fans. After careful discussion with Ravn and the ONEUS members, we decided to respect his opinion to voluntarily leave the group. As a result, we inform you that Ravn has left ONEUS as of today.

ONEUS will continue activities with five members from now on. Regardless of Ravn’s departure, while checking the facts of the case, we discovered false information and malicious editing included in the posts circulating regarding Ravn, and we will unveil the accurate truths on this through a lawsuit. In addition, there will be firm legal action taken regarding comments with malicious personal attacks against the agency and artists. Regardless of the validity of the circulated posts, we feel responsibility for our inadequacy in artist management.

We deeply apologize for causing concern to many due to an issue with our agency artist’s personal matters.

Please continue to show much interest and support for ONEUS’s activities, and we once again bow our heads in apology for causing concern to fans.

It's pretty loyal of RBW to go through with a lawsuit despite his departure. It's gonna be weird to see what Oneus does now

I think there's truth on it with false infos just to add spice, since the person seemed to be very pissed. And I suppose RBW didn't want to deal with this mess and hurting the group in the process, since they might not be totally confident in his innocence. His (ex?)friend from Onewe unfollowing him and deleting their collabs together even before RBW started investigating doesn't help on my judgement.

Just my two cents.

But I rarely believe when a agency says a member wants to leave the group on their own out of nowhere or due to a scandal.

To me it sounds like the allegations had some truth to it, but after it came out people started rumours that the members all knew but didn't care and that may be what they are suing for, protecting the group image.

Honestly my heart is broken....and this saddens me to the core. I have lost all respect for RBW. The fact they posted they were going to do a THOROUGH investigation and protect their artist no matter what and somehow this leads to him "voluntarily" leaving? I don't believe it at all. The statement is shoddy at best, it makes him sound "guilty" while sounding "innocent" at the same time. RBW is horrible but I didn't think they were THIS low.

The fact they post some concert/tour and just rip him away like he was nothing angers me. Sitting here posting on their fancafe they will do everything to get to the bottom of this and protect their artist to somehow he decides to leave the group? Someone innocent doesn't just voluntarily leave. This is like letting lies and rumors win. At this point I am incredibly angry and devastated I will not support Oneus Content, ONF, ONEWE, or any other artist under RBW why should I give my money to a company who really doesn't give a fuck about their artists? They already overwork the fuck out of Oneus, and I feel quite lied to as a fan.

I am expecting RBW to for once actually give a shit and debunk the lies and take the proper legal action and instead, all we get is "Ravn is voluntarily leaving" yeah bullshit. Ravn was the producer for oneus, wrote a lot of their content and even for other artists, and it's like you treat him as if he can just leave like it's nothing and no one will care. I'm incredibly upset.

I always feel like these artists are living in a different world from me when they're leaving the group over a controversy which is yet to be proven true/false, meanwhile the average k-pop fan literally won't be affected or harmed in any way by seeing them continue promoted

Well this ain't a surprise lmfao. From what I understand he's not fully innocent which in my books is awful enough considering the charges. Did he leave on his own accord, who knows? This isn't about his feelings. It's about the victim and by extent the other group members who suffer from the association with him. You can be sad but I have seen people blame the OP who came forward with the allegations, like you okay? Your kpop boy doesn't love you THAT much

I don't think the person is a victim though. Go back and look at everything they only "exposed"him because he broke up with her. She was totally fine with them having drunk sex that night and then continued to see and even live with him and "love"him FOR 2YEARS so some 800 + days later you decide no?🤡 If he had never left this person or cheated with another girl none of this would even be happening .

I'm fine with people having issues with each other but handle your business privately. She only did this to destroy his life no other reason.
