Should BTS be more selective about their collabs?

It debuted at no 10 on HOT 100 how is that flop?

As a fan, there's nothing much you can do. If I don't like a song, I just dont listen to it.

To answer OP, YES.

So many interesting indie/less known artists out there (including korean) that would make better collabs.

Namjoonie collabing with Younha for instance was top notch. Waiting for the day they do something with Tiger JK (so many armys like hype and songs that spill tea after all) or their idols Epik High for MAIN TRACKS.

Welp, that's also true. Thats why I chose to ignore these collabs haha. Specially Bad Decisions, I think I heard 10 segs of it before I turned it off (can't stand generic chart music).

They can collab with any artists that they genuinely like. I also don't like Bad Decisions but it's not as bad as PTD

They can collab with whoever they want as long as it's not Chris Brown. BD is a bop and just because you don't like it doesn't mean you can straight up lie about it being a flop. I promise, this just blatant lying just irks me to no end.

And people, please miss me with the they should do "deeper" collabs when Who and Winter Flower were paid dust.

I would love to see them use their clout to benefit the dozens of nugu groups that are desperate for even 1/1000th of what BTS has. So many hardworking groups grinding 24/7 might just need that one little break to survive and continue their dreams.

I think it’s alright, they collab with big artists and smaller artists, some do well other don’t, but at least we are able to appreciate many genres…. like they did a feat with Steve Aoki 3 times and every one of them is different. I’d rather have that than they having feats just with what’s trending

Female collabs, no. They were all amazing.

Male collabs, a hard pass on everyone except Coldplay & Steve Aoki (but the dude's a producer)

Was bad decisions a flop? I think it's doing well.

To be fair, there are so many collabs of BTS with various artists, from pop to hip hop. For example RMxWale Change, Juice Wrld x Suga Girls of My Dreams, Lauv x BTS Who, Rap Line x Juice Wrld All Night, RMx Honne Badbye, BTS x Zara Lawson Brand New Day, BTS x Charlie XCX Dream Glow, Suran x Suga Wine, IU x Suga (actually so many Suga collabs with Halsey, that Blue eye song, Lee Sora etc), and many many more. So they have dabbled with other artists especially the rapline. I think the vocal line is just starting and they are actually pop music lovers so I really think they just went for the fun of it. Their non group activities are just starting so let’s just wait. However I do think JK will do more pop, just because he seems to love it so much. And if that’s his choice, then as a fan I will support it.
